
The Afternoon Flow and Bliss class is designed to help with making your day a little bit brighter and recharging your batteries to transition into the afternoon. An energizing flow geared towards breath, clearing the mind, and moving the body in ways that cultivate, balance, flexibility, tranquility and some smiles.
The smooth rhythm of your breath helps keep the mind from wandering while the movements bring a harmonious link between breath and movement.
Curated especially for all levels and accessible to all. Focused on all body parts most notably, releasing tension in the neck and shoulders while lengthening and strengthening the muscles of the lower body.
You will experience Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses, and core strengthening. Building some warmth in the body, then allowing the relaxing poses to finish off the practice.
