About Your Coach

Hi, I'm Jane, Health Educator and Coach from Vancouver, Washington

Appreciating and respecting the human body is key for me. My own significant injuries led me to seek the healing benefits of Hatha Yoga. In addition to being a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
