



Welcome to my website and thank you for stopping by. I have always felt a connection with helping people as well as non-human animals. Whether that be through teaching Yoga, Health and Nutrition Coaching or advocating for Animal welfare.
Health and wellness have always and always will be my passion. Having a master's in health education, licensed with a Certified Nutrition Specialist certification are tools needed to understand the complexities of health and nutrition. Becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, have helped me understand obstacles that people encounter with behavior change.
This website is my way to offer you opportunities to encourage you to feel your best.

My approach to nutrition is based on education and personalization. Provide people with science-based and solid information so they understand why we ask them to make the changes. Secondly, really understand the person’s lifestyle. Change is hard for everybody. Small steps lead to the greatest benefit because they can be maintained and built upon one at a time.
I believe yoga is an opportunity to establish a good relationship with ourselves both on and off the mat. It does not happen overnight and it takes practice. Practice to be with ourselves without judgment, without comparisons, but to be fully present. Learning this is the essence of Yoga. As easy as those words sounds, it can be challenging. Sometimes it can help to have a little assistance.
