Yoga and Fitness Classes

Jane's classes are an interesting blend of alignment based Vinyasa.

Best of all they are for every body, every size and every shape.

Yoga is an opportunity to establish a good relationship with ourselves both on and off the mat. It does not happen overnight and it takes practice. Practice to be with ourselves without judgment, without comparisons, but to be fully present. Learning this is the essence of Yoga. As easy as those words sound, it can be challenging. Sometimes it can help to have a little assistance. No matter where you are at in your relationship with yoga either beginning with it or deepening it, I’d like to help.

Group Classes

I am currently offering online group classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon Pacific time.  Please sign up below for any of my upcoming classes!

Private Classes

I am available to book private classes including personal 1:1 sessions, corporate classes, or private events.  You may book a time with me using the website or use the contact form below for more details!
